LEGO Fortnite will be getting new content every two weeks, with Epic Games hinting that fishing will be added in the next update.
The last two updates, V28.10 and V28.20, brought new items, LEGO outfits, and various changes. A tease at the end of the latest update suggests that fishing will be added to the game.
How Do We Know Fishing is coming to LEGO Fortnite?
The LEGO Fortnite v28.20 patch notes mention that “In our v28.30 update, expect to reel in a lot of fun…“. Although this could refer to various things like Risky Reels POI buildings, fishing seems the most probable.
Fishing has been an essential element in Fortnite since Chapter 2, providing players with health, shields, or buffs. Given its significance over the years, it seems likely to be incorporated into LEGO Fortnite.
When Will The Fishing Rod Come to LEGO Fortnite?
The Fishing Rod will be introduced in the LEGO Fortnite v28.30 update, scheduled for release on February 21, 2024. This is two weeks after the current update and two weeks before Chapter 5 Season 1 ends.
